The owner graduated from FAU school of Architecture in 2006. The program is an ARE compliant program. ARE testing is in progress. Residential design allowance is within legal limits. All contracts will require engineering with no exceptions.
The owner of Coastal Design Associates llc Jeffrey Green is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.
Mr. Green has owned and operated multiple real estate investment companies over the past 15 years, with active projects throughout Florida, Georgia, and Indiana. His residential experience includes full-cycle new construction (design–build), additions (design–build), and property reconditioning for certificate of occupancy compliance (design–build).
On the commercial side, his primary expertise is in self-storage facility operations and rehabilitation. This includes management, acquisitions and dispositions, site reconfiguration, remodeling, and ongoing maintenance and reconditioning. He has successfully increased occupancy at more than six facilities from the mid-50% range to over 97% in less than 18 months. One of these projects involved a facility exceeding 15 acres located in the core of Brookhaven (Atlanta), Georgia.
His commercial design experience also includes work on shipping and receiving centers, educational facilities, municipal projects, and (R4) multifamily housing developments.
